By accessing or using PropChat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must create an account to use certain features of PropChat. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Intellectual property
All content and software within PropChat are owned by Alfalfa Projects Pty Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use PropChat in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you upload and grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of operating PropChat.
5. Fees and payments
Where fees apply, you agree to pay the charges shown at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to PropChat at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason we consider appropriate.
7. Disclaimer
PropChat is provided on an “as is” basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Alfalfa Projects Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of PropChat. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Alfalfa Projects Pty Ltd and its employees from any loss or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of PropChat.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using PropChat you consent to that policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of their courts.
